Once an free puja is booked, it can be cancelled only 2 days or more before the free puja event. We do not entertain any refunds on cancellations made within 2 days or 48 hours of the free puja event. No refunds will be entertained for the Puja cancelled on that particular day during that auspicious time due to any reason given by the devotee’s side. All the cancellation must be made via e-mail to freepuja.com@gmail.com.

We will send you cancellation acknowledgement within 48 working hours and if approved, devotee will be refunded & credited within 15 working days to original method of payment, all subject to this Refund Policy.

If Online Temple provides any puja service, no refund will be applicable after the service or free puja performed.

Payment Policy

Devotee’s Registration is not complete until advance or full payment has been received for the free puja booking. Advance or full Payments not received before the free puja will result in non-delivery of any service. We accept booking payments made by Bank Deposits, Paytm, Paypal, Check, Visa, MasterCard or Net banking.
